Meet Katelyn Gray (she/her)

Katelyn is a women’s health naturopath who supports people in reconnecting with their bodies and truely understanding their symptoms. She understands that hormonal health is often dismissed and ignored, where it should be celebrated as it impacts every aspect of health.

Her clinical focus is in hormonal and reproductive health, and she brings a trauma-informed, inclusive, and deeply compassionate approach to every appointment. Katelyn is committed to helping people understand not just what is happening in their bodies, by why, and how it all connects. Her care prioritises the individuality of all people with their own unique needs, preferences and story.

Katelyn recognises that hormonal health, particularly fertility can be an incredibly isolating and emotionally complex experience. Often people are left without clear answers - why their cycle has changed, why conception isn’t happening or why treatments aren’t working. Katelyn understands how heavy that uncertainty can feel. She believes that meticulous, whole-person approach is essential in feeling informed and supported in such a vulnerable space.

Her practice is warm, nurturing, and empowering offering evidence-based care grounded in deep listening, curiosity and connection.

Katelyn’s expertise includes:

  • Fertility, preconception and postpartum support (natural conception, IVF and same-sex couples)

  • Endometriosis

  • Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)

  • Vaginal infections and recurrent UTIs

  • Mental health
